The CAPA Sales module is a powerful and comprehensive tool incorporating not only EPOS functionality but also clinical features, decision support and clinical governance. CAPA comes built with full Chemist and Druggist product listing, Promotions facilities, Discounts, Loyalty Points, ordering all of which can be controlled at Head Office. A Customer Accounts module allows you to print full page invoices, send statements and redeem payments. Cashing Up, Shrinkages and Lost sales can be done at a press of a button and every bit of information is visible in Head Office in real-time.

The clinical aspects are far reaching for patient safety. A patient’s name can be attached to every transaction or to an individual product being purchased. Full clinical checking is performed as if it was a drug being dispensed and relevant questions are shown.
