For example, oxygen patients are created automatically by virtue of pre-programmed parameters and loans are created when dispensing. This ensures you never miss claims for oxygen services or fail to redeem drugs that you have leant as emergency supplies. Other registers allow you to record prescriptions sent back for amendment, Dispensing errors and near misses made at the pharmacy and to which prescription transaction they relate to. The CAPA Instalment facility allows you set up Instalment prescriptions such as Methadone and each time it is dispensed the record is deducted and you can identify the quantity remaining at any time to a high degree of accuracy.
