The CAPA Customer module (Video Booth) is a specially designed easy to use program which allows patients access to a pharmacist. The system sits in the pharmacy's consulting room or area and a simple touch of a screen connects a patient to a pharmacist for the purposes of a phone conversation or a video session. Patient's can also use the Customer module to browse for leaflets and seek advice about their conditions. The pharmacist, when talking to the patient, has access to all patient records, history, notes, interventions, etc, as if he was at the pharmacy and is able to give informed advice.

The Customer module is connected to the entire network and uses Voice Over IP to allow patients to talk free of charge. Special boosters and skilled programming has enabled the clarity of the voice to be equal if not better that the quality on a standard mobile phone. And what's more, patient's can talk for as long as they want, as the call is free of charge
